We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Caregiver to join our team at WelbeHealth in Long Beach, CA.

Job Summary:

The Home Care Caregiver will provide safe and personalized care to our participants in their homes, as scheduled and directed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
  • Assist participants with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
  • Assist with light meal preparation and feeding, ensuring participants are nourished and hydrated.
  • Assist participants with safe transfer in and out of their homes and act as medical escort on vehicles and to medical appointments as assigned.
  • Provide translation services as needed, if qualified.
