Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing up to 20 Team Members and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Manage a team of up to 20 Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other Shift Managers and store leaders to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a clean driving record and car insurance.
