**About the Role**

The Conduct and Rights Specialist at Another Source will oversee nonacademic student conduct processes for on-campus and off-campus students, promoting holistic development and responsible citizenship. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse, urban institutional environment.

A master's degree is highly preferred, and experience in victim advocacy is an advantage. Knowledge and skills with current technology tools and systems are also preferred. You will be working closely with the team to ensure consistency and fairness while enhancing student learning and supporting the university's Jesuit Catholic mission.

**Estimated Salary:** $88,400 per year
