Main Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities, creating tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with agents to establish and meet marketing goals, leveraging expertise and resources to drive success.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
- A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Possession of a Property & Casualty license.
