Responsibilities- Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, including health education and counseling.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and positive patient outcomes.
- Perform administrative duties, including opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, and patient follow-up.
- Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED training.
