Houseman Position at Seneca Place

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Houseman to join our team at Seneca Place. As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including floors, windows, and furniture.
  • Perform various maintenance tasks, such as unclogging drains and touch-up painting.
  • Assist with meal preparation and delivery in our dietary services department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
