Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a key member of our residential property management team, you will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit rehabilitation as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Director.
  • Perform routine property and unit inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all equipment, vehicles, and shop areas are properly maintained and organized.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift up to 75 pounds, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to be part of an on-call rotation.
