Personal Trainer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Specialist to lead our fitness programs at the YMCA of Saginaw. This part-time, non-exempt position requires a nationally certified personal trainer with experience in creating and leading personalized training and group fitness sessions.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Program Development & Instruction: Create and lead personalized training and group fitness sessions to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
  • Required Qualifications: NCCA-Accredited Personal Training Certification from one of the following organizations: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), or National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $30-$40, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include complimentary YMCA membership, staff discounts on programs and services, and opportunities for continuing education.
