Compensation and Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Residence Inn Foxborough in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling hotel cashier transactions, reviewing management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions on a timely basis.
  • Review, organize, and compile management reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and monthly reports as required.
  • Audit and reconcile all Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashiers work.
  • Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of all numbers reported.
  • Input and update financial information into corporate communications network.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Guest Service Experience preferred.
  • Computer knowledge/skills required.
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
