  • Operate and maintain laser cutting, annealing, and coating machines on a new production line.
  • Load and unload materials, adjust machine settings, and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct 5S activities and aid in trouble-shooting and maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality, to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Train and monitor new production associates, providing timely and effective feedback to ensure their success.
  • Meet daily production targets and escalate any deviations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide flexibility to ensure adequate work coverage and support the team as needed.
