Qualifications:
General Requirements:
1. Active license from the California State Nursing Board.
2. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, physicians, and community resources.
3. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
4. Excellent organizational abilities.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Proven critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Proficiency in computer operations.
Required Certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NIHSS Certification
- FIRE CARD (to be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- MAB (to be completed within 30 days of hire)
- Advanced MAB (to be completed within 30 days of hire)
- Arrhythmia/Dysrhythmia course - Preferred
- ENPC, TNCC, and CEN certifications are preferred.
