Job Summary

This role involves providing expert bakery training and retail support to clients and customers in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong working relationships with In-Store and Sales Operations personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client and customer support in assigned territory by conducting store visits.
  • Conduct in-store bakery training in the assigned market area.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback to management as needed.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in baking, preferably in areas such as donuts, dry mix, frozen dough, proof and bake, and cake decorating.
  • Advanced cake decorating skills with the ability to create unique and on-trend cake designs.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $62,500, based on industry standards and market conditions.
