We are looking for a distinctive professional to fill the role of Financial Service Representative at Direct Staffing Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients by diligently following the established sales methodology.
Build strong partnerships and trust with internal teams by conducting regular training sessions, participating in meetings, and providing referrals.
Achieve or surpass the cross-selling objectives outlined in the commitment letter.Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, both personally and professionally.
Effectively utilize all available tools, technology, and resources as specified by our Brokerage Services, Inc., and the Credit Union.
Comply with all relevant FINRA and insurance regulations, along with company policies.Uphold established ethical market conduct standards.
Conduct business with the utmost honesty, fairness, and integrity, providing services to clients that we would expect for ourselves.
Business Development:
Meet or exceed personal production targets with a balanced product offering.
Continuously seek opportunities to expand business through Lobby Days, seminars, workshops, and a systematic approach to referrals and client segmentation.
Collaborate with the Credit Union to develop and implement an annual Marketing Strategy.Additional Duties:
Participate in Brokerage Service, Inc. meetings, both virtual and in-person, as scheduled.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of proven success in financial services sales, with a verifiable commission history of at least $150,000 in Gross Dealer Concessions.
Proven ability to cultivate business relationships with a diverse clientele.Ability to simplify complex information and deliver effective messages tailored to the audience.
Possession of Life/Health Licenses.
Series 7, 63, and/or 65/66 Licenses required.
Preferred designations include LUTCF, CLU, ChFC, or CFP.
CANDIDATE DETAILS: 2+ to 5 years of experience
SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Series 7 and 65 or 66 Registrations, Life/Health Licenses.
