We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Facility Sales Specialist to join our team at Aramark Uniform Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Lacrosse, WI territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including uniform, facilities, and first aid solutions, to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Data Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience, with a focus on new account generation and sales lead development.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Other: Valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, and a strong work ethic.
