About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Dentist to lead our dental practice in Blue Springs, Missouri. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, providing comprehensive dental services, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other procedures.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health issues, including gum disease, cavities, and other conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, attending continuing education courses and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with our team of dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our practice and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of Missouri.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and treat complex oral health issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
