About the Role:

The State of Minnesota is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care for our unique population and participate as a member of our talented multi-disciplinary team in an interactive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate the competence of nursing personnel to ensure individual nursing care needs are met and professional standards are maintained.
  • Provide assessment and ongoing reassessment of clients on admission and throughout treatment.
  • Oversee medication administration process.
  • Participate in development of Master Treatment Plan (MTP), implement Master Treatment Plan (MTP) and document the results of specific interventions so that clients can accomplish their individual goals.

Requirements:

  • Be licensed as an RN in the State of MN.
  • Future Registered Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-RN are encouraged to apply.
