Job Title: General Manager

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our dealership operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, including sales, service, finance, and administrative functions, to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate department managers and staff to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive vehicle sales, meet revenue targets, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare and manage the dealership budget, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve profitability goals.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service across all departments, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new market segments, service offerings, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards, maintaining high operational and ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the automotive industry, with a successful track record of achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and profit and loss management.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements and business growth.
