RN Healthcare Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager for Home Visits. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our home health division. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home visit team, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse who has a strong background in home healthcare management and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of management experience in a home care or hospice setting
Responsibilities
As a Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the clinical operations of our home visit team, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary care teams
• Collaborating with our care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Company policies and procedures
• Participating in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety
Compensation
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $77,200-$106,200 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus incentive plan based on company and individual performance. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and life insurance.
