About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at VF Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the activities of warehouse employees engaged in all distribution center activities, including shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks, stacking, picking, and packing finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Plan and attend to space and storage needs to optimize warehouse capacity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices within a professional discipline.
  • Ability to direct the application of existing principles and integrate and communicate complex information.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and devise solutions based on limited information.
