We are a multi-state design firm seeking an experienced Senior Highway Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team in Denver.

**Job Overview**

As a Senior Highway Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-level project design and ensuring that projects meet quality standards and objectives. You will lead staff on design approaches, work with other disciplines to promote efficiencies, and assist in the development of engineering standards and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement advanced engineering concepts and solutions for complex infrastructure issues
  • Review and approve project documents and designs to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and project objectives
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and expertise
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 7+ years of engineering experience, and project management experience. You must also be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and proficient in Open Roads Designer software. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and codes.
