Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
