Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate support for the school system's vision, mission, goals, and priorities
- Under the supervision of a certified teacher, perform tasks related to classroom instruction
- Work with identified student(s) to maintain behavioral control and implement behavior plans as needed
Requirements:
- Two (2) years of college-level education; Valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate preferred
- Prior experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of academic and behavioral strategies and techniques to assist students in learning
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
