We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Urology Department at the University of Rochester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide complex, safe, and efficient care to patients and their families.
- Assess unit needs and actively participate in unit/service activities.
- Support co-workers and assume the charge nurse role as needed.
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
- Active New York State RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience.
- Competitive hourly rate of $45.96.
- Incentive-based compensation may be applicable.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
