MRI Technologist Needed

Location: Juneau, AK

Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Summary: Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join a reputable medical facility in Juneau, AK. The role involves performing MRI scans during weekday shifts, with on-call responsibilities required for nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct MRI scans following established protocols and safety procedures.
  • Operate MRI equipment with proficiency, ensuring accurate and high-quality imaging.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, addressing the needs of a diverse patient population.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for nights and weekends to support continuous patient care.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Current ARRT (MR) certification and BLS (AHA) required.
  • Proficiency in MRI equipment operation and contrast administration.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Compliance with Joint Commission standards, including successful completion of onboarding, background checks, and drug screenings.
