- Our facility provides comprehensive emergency services, critical care, rehabilitation, surgical, and maternity services, serving the community with compassion and teamwork. We value empathy, diversity, and mutual respect among all team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospital admissions and services effectively among various departments and external organizations as necessary.
- Oversee and manage daily staffing operations during assigned shifts to ensure optimal resources for patient care.
- Follow established policies and protocols to maintain compliance and promote patient safety.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Completion of management, human relations, and problem-solving coursework
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Staff Nurse, including a minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity
- Current NM Nursing license or NM compact license (to be obtained within 90 days of employment), along with BLS certification. (ACLS and/or PALS may be required by the hiring department)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an acute care setting, particularly in a Hospital Charge Nurse role.
