Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing personnel

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Graduate from an accredited nursing institution
• At least 2 years of experience in a Director of Nursing role
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
