Job Overview

FSI Inc is seeking dedicated individuals to fill several positions at our warehouse facility. We value efficiency and initiative in our workforce, and we are committed to providing a respectful and supportive work environment.

This role involves the essential tasks of loading and unloading trucks, picking inventory, operating forklifts, and occasionally handling bed loaded containers. Basic math skills are also required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, including Hi-Lo and pallet jacks, to transport materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts.
  • Perform order picking and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipments and verifying incoming deliveries.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Occasionally unload bed loaded containers.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating forklifts and reach trucks is mandatory.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of forklift operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and shipping/receiving documents.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
