Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a hospital setting
Valid license or certification in state of practice
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
