As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, driving business growth through outstanding customer experiences and quality work.

Key characteristics of successful Repair Technicians include:

  • Customer Focus: Providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and being approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
  • Initiative: Identifying opportunities and issues, taking initiative to resolve them, learning quickly, and developing knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
  • Selling: Working through GC certification program to gain a solid understanding of products and sales techniques.
  • Training: Effectively training learners and communicating information and techniques to ensure retention.

Responsibilities as a Repair Technician include:

  • Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Providing high-quality craftsmanship on customer-owned instruments.
  • Maintaining store-owned gear, as requested.
  • Completing warranty repair work.
  • Additional duties assigned by management.
