- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in physical therapy.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Virginia.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in home health or geriatric care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
