We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Merchandising Field Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of shopping experiences and delivering on our purpose of connecting people with the products and experiences that enrich their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
  • Support leadership with onboarding new hires and training & coaching team members.

Requirements
  • You're 18 years or older

  • Have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Are willing to independently travel locally within your assigned territory
