Donation Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process donations, including receiving, sorting, and pricing items, and issuing receipts to donors.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and sales floor, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with lifting and moving heavy items, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, donation processing, and store maintenance.

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
