Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities, including assessment, planning, and implementation
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One year of experience as an RN, with two or more years preferred
- Prior supervisory experience and wound care certification are highly desirable
