We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our PreOP team at StoneSprings Hospital Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the well-being of our patients.

Job Description

This PRN opportunity requires a minimum of two days per week and includes two weekday calls and two weekend calls per four-week schedule. As a Registered Nurse on our PreOP team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient condition during admission and throughout each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status
  • Performing procedures or other functions as ordered by medical providers
  • Documenting the administration of care in patient medical records in a timely and thorough manner
  • Administering prescribed medications and monitoring response
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • PRN position with a requirement to work at least two days per week
