Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving occupancy success through comprehensive sales strategies and effective marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets.
  • Establish and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities and events to attract prospective residents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine advertising needs and implement successful campaigns.
  • Meet monthly sales activity standards, including follow-up calls, professional sales calls, event planning, and lead generation.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Able to drive the sales process from inquiry to close.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
