Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Brewista to join our team. As a Brewista, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, preparing high-quality drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling customer payments and providing change as required.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a coffee shop or retail setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
