Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Support Worker. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a High School diploma, with an associate or bachelor's degree being advantageous.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in providing social or direct care services to groups of individuals with special needs within a human services environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves offering support and companionship to our clients. Responsibilities may include:

  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Assisting with grooming and hygiene needs

We offer a variety of shifts for both Day Services and Residential Services, available seven days a week, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions.

Candidate Qualifications

The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a Criminal Background Check. We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion and commitment to supporting this vulnerable population.

Additionally, a High School diploma or GED along with six months of relevant job-related training or experience is required.
