Compensation Range: $130,000 - $155,000 Annually (Dependent on Experience)

On-Site Responsibilities:
The Pharmacy Clinical Operations Manager is tasked with the development, execution, and oversight of comprehensive pharmacy clinical initiatives, including but not limited to medication consultations, Nutritional Support, Pharmacokinetics, Anticoagulation management, Pain Control, IV to Oral medication conversion, Renal Dosing, and additional programs tailored to the specific needs of the patient demographic and supported by clinical literature.
This role requires a commitment to compliance, ensuring that both personal and team responsibilities are met punctually. A strong understanding of compliance standards is essential, along with a proactive approach to meeting these expectations.Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution is mandatory, along with a minimum of four years of experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy setting. Candidates with solely retail pharmacy experience will not be considered.
Applicants must possess a valid Florida Pharmacist License. A Consultant License can be obtained within six months of employment.
