Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care team at Adventist Health Columbia Gorge. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in our intensive care unit.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to leverage your advanced practice expertise in critical care settings.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in ICUs, with certifications in ACLS, BLS, and TNCC, and a background in adult-gerontology acute care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses patient needs, develops, and implements individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provides education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
  • Coordinates care with other disciplines, ensuring a seamless and effective care delivery process.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Oregon.
  • Experience working in ICUs, with certifications in ACLS, BLS, and TNCC.

Salary and Benefits:

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
