Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Maintain carpets and upholstery through vacuuming and shampooing.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Manage waste disposal in a sanitary manner.
  • Clean and sanitize wash basins, mirrors, and showers.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve housekeeping issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
