Cannabis Consultant

About the Role:

The Apothecarium is seeking a skilled and compassionate Cannabis Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration.
• Manage patient records through our systems.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and answer concerns and/or questions promptly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer/patient experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and customers by anticipating their needs.

Requirements:

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission.
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.

What We Offer:

• $16 - $16 an hour.
