Banquet Server/Set-up Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Banquet Server/Set-up Attendant at Salt Fork Lodge.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for serving plated or buffet meals for group events, setting up and troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment, and providing beverage/snacks to meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve plated or buffet meals for group events such as holiday buffets, weddings, corporate events, and family reunions.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Audio Visual equipment as required by the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Provide beverage/snacks to meeting rooms and assist with set-up as needed.
  • Work is considered intermittent and based on group bookings.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Open availability will be given priority.
  • Weekends and holidays required.
  • Shifts may start as early as 5am for breakfast and as late as 12am for weddings/events.
  • May also require split shifts at times.
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift/carry up to 25 lbs., frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and occasionally lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
