Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka'anapali. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional cocktails and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and make recommendations to guests.
- Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
