Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Program Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client programs, working closely with internal teams to ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them to achieve their business goals through the development of tailored marketing solutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to clients to optimize their marketing efforts.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate program progress and results to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and account management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, data, and social media skills, with the ability to present numerical data effectively.
  • Personality: A team player with a high level of detail and accuracy under pressure, with a proven ability to solve problems and demonstrate accountability and leadership skills.
