Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Civility Home Care. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting activities.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.
  • Ensure that service is provided in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with Agency policies and procedures and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • A current, valid state certification and in good standing preferred.
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience is preferred.
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile is preferred.
  • Empathy for the needs of the client.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
  • Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, respect, and presents a positive professional image.
  • Ensures confidentiality and security of the client's medical information.
