As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse at Accredo, you will travel to patients' homes to provide critical infusion medications. This role is about building relationships with patients and seeing the positive impact of your care.

Work with a Team

Work with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure that patients' needs are met and to help them achieve their best health.

Document Patient Progress

Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure their well-being. Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress, to keep track of their journey.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
  • Willingness to travel within a designated area
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, during the day, with occasional evening or weekend visits as needed
  • Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice and be available for on-call visits as needed

Internet Requirements

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
