- Verification of state licensure is required.
- Role: MS/Tele Float Pool Nurse
- Shift Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Total Weekly Hours: 36 hours
- Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by floating between units of similar or lower acuity as required.
- Availability for weekday shifts and occasional weekends, including holidays.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Skilled in initiating IVs and monitoring telemetry.
- Familiarity with the EPIC electronic health records system.
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-5.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Competence in managing and interpreting dysrhythmias.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 3 x 12-hour shifts.
- Shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- Total of 36 hours per week.
- Residency Declaration Form is required if utilizing a compact license from a non-Ohio state.
- Certification requirements may vary by unit.
- Travelers have the opportunity to renew specific certifications on-site.
