Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Branch Banker to join our team. As a Branch Banker, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth through proactive sales and service activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service to sales, and effective lobby engagement.
  • Sales and Service Excellence: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to identify and meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge and Risk Management: Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, while managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with ecosystem partners and colleagues to grow customer share of wallet and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of related experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in banking products and services.
  • Certifications and Licenses: No required certifications or licenses; candidates must be able to pass background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
