Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Plumbing Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial plumbing operations, including project scheduling, bid preparation, and contract administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial plumbing operations, including project scheduling, bid preparation, and contract administration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
  • Manage a team of plumbing technicians and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial plumbing operations, including project scheduling, bid preparation, and contract administration.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
