Position Summary: We are currently in search of a dedicated and empathetic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to manage a caseload in the Gilbert/Queen Creek region. The selected individual will operate in a home health environment, primarily focusing on delivering tailored and effective speech therapy interventions for pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute therapeutic activities aimed at achieving clients' developmental objectives.
  • Collaborate with the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and support to families to ensure the successful implementation of therapeutic strategies.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License in Arizona.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Article 9 Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience with pediatric clients is preferred.
